In this project, I played a key role in optimizing the design of Melaleuca’s e-commerce platform. I led the design optimization process, ensuring that all updates and improvements strictly adhered to the established brand and design guidelines. My responsibilities included conceptualizing and creating visuals for various digital assets, such as landing pages, banners, posters, and new product assets, to enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement.
I closely collaborated with the U.S. headquarters, regularly submitting my designs for review and reporting to maintain alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Additionally, I contributed to the growth of our design team by providing support and guidance, which helped elevate the team’s overall design skills.
This project allowed me to demonstrate my ability to balance creativity with adherence to guidelines, collaborate effectively with international teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards.
